To start you will put the front wheel on your cruiser. You will begin by loosening the bolts on the axel of the front wheel.  Remove the two bolts to allow the fork to slide on to the wheel.  Now that the wheel is on the the front fork, the washers should be on the outside of the axle and frame. and place the nuts back on the front axel. Please see Fig. 8 . After you have slid the wheel on to the front fork, and tightened the bolts by hand. Secure the bolts by tightening the nuts on both sides using the 15mm wrench. Repeat process on both sides, altering from side to side to ensure the nut is being tightened evenly.
** Please be sure the front fork is angled forward, just like in the picture below. During packaging it is angled backwards for shipping reasons only.

The pedals will be labeled R for right and L for left. See Fig. 11. The left pedal will screw on in a counter clockwise motion (backwards from normal) , and the right will screw on in a clockwise motion. See Fig. 12. It's a good idea to make sure your pedals are on good and tight. This will help avoid potential problems with both pedals and crank arms.

Next will be to install the handlebars. First slacken the top stem bolt by turning the stem of the handlebars counter clockwise no mor ethan 3 revolutions. The handlebars will fit into the hole at the top of the fork. See fig. 15. Insert stem and find your desired height. Pay attention to the min insert mark on the stem, do not raise the stem above this mark. After deciding on the height you will tighten the bolt on top of the handlebars using the Hex Key (#6 hex key for handlebars). After adjusting the height of the handlebars to a location that you feel will be comfortable for you, the next step will be adjusting the angle of the handlebars using the Hex Key. You will need to loosen the bolt in front of the handlebars. Figs. 17 & Fig. 18. Adjust angle of handlebars to a comfortable position for the rider, and then tighten the bolt to secure the desired angle. Make sure this is very tight to ensure the safety of the rider.

Insert the seat post into the seat post hole located on the bottom of the seat and tighten with a 14mm wrench. It is important to tighten the seat bracket bolts very tight, by altering from side to side. Fig. 19 After the seat post is securely tightened on to the seat, you will insert the seat post in to the frame of the bike called the "seat tube". Adjust the seat to the riders desired height using a #5 Hex Key.Make sure to tighten the screw securely.  (#5 hex key for seat post) See Fig. 20
**The minimum insertion of the seat post must remain inside the frame.
*** Proper Seat Height
When sitting on the seat in riding position, the knee should be slightly bent while the ball of the foot is resting on the pedal at its lowest position.
