The Flirt Deluxe 7-Speed Cruiser with Fenders uses a Shimano shifting system. It has hand brakes, and fenders. It has an extra padded dual springer seat. It is the same as the Flirt 7-Speed except it comes standard with Fenders and colored inner rims.
