Chubbys Cruisers offers the Pantera Mens in a 24" model, which is the same as the Pantera Mens 26" only it is two inches smaller in the tire size and the frame size. The wheels are 24" and the frame height is 17". The Pantera 24" cruiser bicycle is ideal for someon is 5'4" or shorter. Some people may just prefer a smaller model depnding on the length of ones legs. The Pantera 24" is available in Royal Blue, Glossy Black, & Rootbeer.
